Eat What You Kill (EWYK) is more than a brand—it’s a thriving global community driven by a shared connection to the land, the sea, and the food we source, prepare and share. What started as a humble Facebook group in 2020 has evolved into a movement celebrating self-reliance, adventure, and the simple joy of sharing meals made with wild ingredients.

EWYK goes beyond food, recognising the powerful connection between the outdoors, mental health, and wellbeing. That’s why we’ve built The Brave and The Wild, a partner brand/platform (Launching Soon) dedicated entirely to mental health support, resources, and meaningful conversations. Together, these two brands create a space where people can learn, grow, and connect—whether through sourcing wild food, pushing their limits in the outdoors, or finding support when it’s needed most.
